Maintaining database of contact information.
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better client experience.
Handling negotiations and deal closures.
Requirements / Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
Self-motivated with diligent work ethic, a business acumen, enthusiastic and passionate, ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
experience with CRM applications.
Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
Proactive and efficient time-management.
3+ years of experience as a BDM
Knowledge /Experience in ServiceNow product (Added advantage)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
