  • 4+ years in Business development in IT company
  • Handling US & UK Clients

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to clients by learning about and satisfying their requirements.
  • Following up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure deal closure.
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to the prospective buyer through discovery calls and product demos.
  • Developing sales strategies and achieving sales quotas.
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
  • Maintaining database of contact information.
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better client experience.
  • Handling negotiations and deal closures.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated with diligent work ethic, a business acumen, enthusiastic and passionate, ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • experience with CRM applications.
  • Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Proactive and efficient time-management.
  • 3+ years of experience as a BDM
  • Knowledge /Experience in ServiceNow product (Added advantage)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
