Responsibilities

  • Assisting the internal team completely with human resource management and all related functions
  • Documenting, implementing, and maintaining company HR policies, rules and regulations
  • Assisting with manpower planning, recruitment and team management
  • Handling payroll related tasks and assignments
  • Building or streamlining elements of our candidate sourcing mix through online and offline platforms
  • Driving thehiring process, right from shortlisting candidates to new employee documentation and induction
  • Onboarding new talent and maintaining records of all documents
  • Constantly improving and monitoring employee relations with team members in multiple roles, including writing, editing and operations
  • Ensuring that staff training and development measures are in place for career support
  • Scheduling performance appraisals and monthly /weekly review meetings for all employees
  • Developing and implementing staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Overseeing general discipline and adherence to company rules and policy
  • Developing plans to fine-tune the existing HR system and processes
