Arun Kumar has experience of more than 10 years in the IT industry including the development and administration of Service Now, spanning 6.3 years. Arun Kumar started his career as a software engineer in Atos India Pvt Ltd, from January 2011 to April 2015.
During his tenure with Atos India Pvt Ltd, he handled many projects under various clients. His roles and responsibilities are vast. He’s an expert in the ServiceNow Administration, Customer Support, Configuration and Development, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management and Comfortable in building applications as per the ITIL framework.
During his tenure with IBM India Pvt Ltd, he worked as a Subject Matter Expert from April 2015 to June 2021. He implemented an on-call schedule and survey module end to end and was involved in multiple integrations like IP soft, ServiceNow to ServiceNow, workday, salesforce, LDAP integration.
His responsibilities in the projects include SLA and Business time configuration, data configuration, ServiceNow management, customer support, settings, ITSM modules like Incident Management, Problem Management & Change management, and comfortable building the application per the ITIL framework. Arun holds technical specialization certifications in ITIL foundation, ServiceNow Administration, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Application Developer, and more.
His 6+ years of Service Now development and implementation experience will benefit our organization in a variety of ways. He’s a specialist in leading his unique experience to our ServiceNow Team.
