Praveen has 16 years of professional experience in information technology, with a solid technical foundation in Service Now IT Service Management and the ITIL framework. He’s an expert in ServiceNow implementation and development initiatives for an international clientele.
During his tenure with IBM India Pvt Ltd, he handled many projects for various clients to establish ServiceNow Implementation, Service Now Integration, WPP ServiceNow, ServiceNow Incident, change, problem and service catalog support, ITSM and CMDB administration and design, knowledge management, Customer Experience Management, Business Intelligence, SLA, BMC remedy IT service request management, SLM, remedy notifier, remedy support and enhancement, remedy upgrade, and helpdesk implementation.
Praveen Key achievements and Certifications include ServiceNow Administrator and implementation resource, CSC bronze awardee, contribution in pre scales managed services telecom project RCOM, implemented problem management in critical MSDP platform for Ericsson Network customers, and ITIL 2011 Foundation certification.
He’s an expert in establishing CMDBs and integrating them with source systems in asset management, as well as a solid understanding of software license compliance (SAM). Praveen Implemented Solutions as a Service now Architect for a major airline company in the UAE, managing their IT remotely including travel desk, governance, cafeteria, and end-users.
